I'm embarking on a journey and maybe you are too!
From the depths of my heart I truly just want to create a space for you to be in your body, to feel your strength, to know your Self, to drop in when we spend so much of our time "out". We each carry a unique wisdom and a unique story. Our bones and our muscles, our heartbeat, our beautiful feet, the earth... tend to us with such care and compassion, can we reciprocate back? To ourselves, to the earth and ultimately towards all other beings?
