A STORY
I believe in creating a community that fosters growth, resilience, and well-being. I am dedicated to sharing the transformative power of healing and sustainability with anybody. It all began with a vision to create a space where individuals and families can find balance and harmony while being surrounded by the beauty of nature. Let's strive to promote a holistic approach to wellness! I believe this can be attained within your current environment (garden) AND in your physical and spiritual internal atmosphere (breath, body, soul).

About Me.
Hey! I grew up in Connecticut playing sports and getting sand in the car. I played lacrosse at Roanoke College and studied Health and Physical Education... while falling in love with the mountains. I always was drawn to more alternative ways of teaching, so I embarked on a journey.. that started in Alaska and then everywhere else. I started organic farming in 2020 and found myself at the threshold of a new holistic healing journey.
I started practicing yoga to simply get into my body. I want to know my body, I want to listen to my body, I want to feel the subtle shifts, and I want to meet the wisdom of this intricately beautiful magical miraculous being. I had no idea what I was doing when I committed to the practice. In the years prior, my yoga mat was used to write songs and send prayers with my ukulele... I didn't know where to properly place my feet in warrior 2. But I eventually jumped into a studio and found my feet.. because a little voice inside wanted to. I started to regularly go to classes, listened to teachers and made a commitment to myself.
the biggest shift of my life happened...
of course I had to learn how to teach this to others.
After 5 years of organic vegetable farming on various farms, (starting in Vermont, then Colorado) I began to notice the vitality that I always knew was possible. With my hands in the soil, relationship with plants, freedom to dance wherever, and eating what was grown straight from the land underneath my feet... I thought THIS is what it means to be human.
For the last 2 years I have slowly moved more towards private residential gardening. I stated living on an elder's property, taking care of his garden that has been growing strong since the 70s. I spent a summer helping his neighbor as well. Now, I just bop around to whoever is looking for help!
